    JBL accepts cash, major credit cards and cheques.
  4. How do you deliver?
    JBL offers personal delivery to your location.
  5. What is your return policy?
    To ensure customer satisfaction, JBL offers a flexible return policy, unless otherwise noted.
  6. Are trade-ins accepted?
    Yes, depending on the items offered.
  7. Do you offer appraisals?
    Professional appraisals and appraisal certificates for insurance purposes are available.
  8. Are authentication certificates offered?
    Certificates are available for valuable gems, such as expensive diamonds.
  9. Do you offer an engraving service?
    Yes, JBL offers excellent engraving.
  10. Do you have a repair service?
    JBL offers you the benefits of our highly skilled repair service.
  11. How long does a custom order take?
    Custom jewellery orders normally take one to two weeks, depending on the complexity of the items.

  12. How should I store my jewellery?
    To prevent oxidation, store jewellery in cases lined with fabric, or acid-free paper. With the exception of pearls, you can also store jewellery in tightly sealed ziploc plastic bags. Store diamonds separately; they could scratch other jewellery pieces because of their hardness.

  13. What is the best way to clean my jewellery?
    Your jewellery should be cleaned professionally and polished at least once a year. At this point, Lori can have your jewellery settings checked for wear and tear.
